Heart, pictured here with her handler, Jaime Marion, recently won her first point to her championship at a show in Brandon, Manitoba. Heart was Best of Breed for two points at the Northwinds Kennel Club, March 28/10 under Richard Meen.  She got reserve winners at Red Deer Kennel Club Friday under James Reynolds. Heart picked up 3 more points in Edmontan and another single point in Medicine Hat.  She then developed a bit of a stomach bug that kept her out of the ring for the last couple shows.  She is back to healthy and should be in the ring and finishing soon.   Heart has also shown great natural instinct as a hunting dog at a very young age on pheasants.  Heart took Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best of Opposite Sex at the Portage le Prairie shows on July 2nd, 2010 under judge Darla Hecke.  She repeated the win the next day under judge Robert Smith to finish.  Moved up as a special the third day, she again got Best Opposite Sex under Polly Smith.
